Do I need dance experience?
No. Level 1 is made for newcomers: the basics at a slow and steady pace, no experience needed. As you grow, Levels 2 and 3 add technique, musicality, detail and pace.
What classes do you offer?
Daily dance, flow and training classes in Stockholm. Level 1: Dance Class and Lunch Dance. Level 2: Sassy and Feels. Level 3: Choreo Class and Sassy. Flow & Training: Morning Flow and The Dance Workout. Every class is unique, adapted to the day's participants, with fresh material every week.
How do I book a class?
Book and pay online, or pay at the desk when you arrive at the studio. Come any day, any time, as often as you like.
How much does a class cost?
Single classes are priced by the length of the class, and class cards make regular training cheaper. There is also a first-time offer. See the Prices page for the current prices.
Can I pay with friskvårdsbidrag?
Yes. We give you a receipt that works for friskvårdsbidrag, and you can also buy credits through the wellness portals Epassi and Benefits.
Where is the studio?
Fleberg Studios is at Kungsholms strand 147, 112 48 Stockholm, by the water on Kungsholmen, a few minutes' walk from Fridhemsplan metro station. The entrance is at street level.
Do you offer private classes?
Yes. Private classes can be solo, duo or group, in person or online, for all levels, ages and goals, and they are 100% tailored to you.
Can I rent the studio?
Yes, the studio is available to rent 24/7 for events, workshops, rehearsals and photo shoots. The main studio, the rooftop studio or both together can be rented.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes: a single class, a class card or a private class can be turned into a gift card, physical or digital. Get in touch and we will help you.
